These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Legacy Pivot LLC. By purchasing any product or service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of digital and physical products and services are final.
No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.

2. Refunds and Non-Completion of Courses

No refunds will be provided for any digital or physical product with a recurring fee if the customer fails to complete the associated online courses or programs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to engage with and complete any content or materials provided as part of their purchase.

3. Recurring Fees and Auto-Drafting Consent

By purchasing a product or service with a recurring fee (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual), the customer consents to Legacy Pivot LLC automatically drafting the agreed-upon fees from their payment method.
Customers must ensure their payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover recurring charges.
Legacy Pivot LLC is not responsible for any overdraft fees or other charges incurred by the customer due to insufficient funds or invalid payment methods.

4. Agreement to Fees and Costs

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all applicable fees and costs associated with the product or service.
Any changes to pricing or fees will be communicated to the customer in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information with Legacy Pivot LLC.
Customers must promptly notify Legacy Pivot LLC of any issues with billing, access to materials, or other concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital content, course materials, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Legacy Pivot LLC.
Customers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased materials for personal or business use as intended.

7. Termination of Service

Legacy Pivot LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

8. Modification of Terms

Legacy Pivot LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or posted on the Legacy Pivot LLC website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or service from Legacy Pivot LLC, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions in full.
